4 bytes for inode block
variable length string, \n terminated
marker 0000 means end of dir
marker 0001 means str is another dir-inode to continue to

inode format:
4 byte block num 
marker 0000 means next block is last, block after that is final block size
marker 0001 means next block is continuance inode
