The only major bugs I know of are in the option parsing loop, anything that 
doesnt match one of the options I am looking for is treated as an input 
filename. Also don't try not putting an argument for the options that need one, 
it will print an error from getopt, but it will go ahead with the run.

Note that the first tiem you run it, it will take a while, as libtool needs to 
compile some libraries
